It wasn’t to be the Knights day at Tewkes Creek, losing to a strong Tigers side 16 – 48 in the East of England Cup quarter final. The Knights put in a much improved performance, with a largely changed and inexperienced squad. It was always going to be a tough ask against the well established opposition, but the Knights left the pitch knowing they had gained valuable experience.
We wish the Bedford Tigers A all the best for the semi finals of the cup.
The Knights now look forward to the League game in 2 weeks against Brentwood Eels.
